I love german pancakes… mostly because I love watching them as they cook and grow and grow!

OK. I just had to say that I love German pancakes too. A lot of people have no idea what they are, which is sad. But apart from being delicious, I love that they get so high and then deflate as soon as they get out of the oven.

Yes…German pancakes are my favorite breakfast food. Does anyone know if you can order them at IHOP or Village Inn? If not, they should really look into it.
