Individual Worth
14 Dec
I have been serving in the Young Women in my ward for about a year and a half now and have been working on completing my personal progress as a leader. I have been working on it a bit here and there, but have set a goal to be done with it very soon and need your help with one of my value experiences.
I am currently working on Individual Worth Value Experience #7:
7. Heavenly Father has given you special gifts. Read 1 Corinthians 12:4–12; 1 Corinthians 13; Moroni 7:12–13; Moroni 10:8–18; and D&C 46:11–26.
Ask a family member, a Young Women leader, and a friend to write down positive qualities the Lord has given you. List your gifts in your journal, and write how you can continue to develop these gifts and use them to serve your family and others.
If you have a few moments and can think of something off the top of your head, can you please be my friend (that the goal mentions) and list one of the positive qualities that you think the Lord has given me?
If you have the time, I would really appreciate it.
As I have been working on these experiences, I have forgotten what a wonderful blessing the personal progress program is and how much these simple value experiences can strengthen my testimony. If you have the chance, if you work with the Young Woman or for any reason, these goals are a wonderful way to add a little bit extra to your personal scripture study or just to help continue to grow spiritually.
You can get a book at the distribution center, or find it online here from www.lds.org.
Thanks for any help you can give!

you can see the good in everything. . . and i mean EVERYTHING. . .sometimes you might not want to you do.
You NEVER back down from who you are what you believe.
You are happy. . . and if you are not happy you try to be happy.
You are caring – beyond just hey how ya doin’.
You are a good designer.
and well you LOVE chickens.
Just one? I choose faithful patience. You have the ability to remember that the Lord has a plan for you and be faithful while you wait for that plan to come around.
You remain true to your convenant to Endure to the End. You take the good with the bad, accept adversity as an opportunity to learn and grow, and help others do the same. I’m not sure the exact name of that attribute though, although it is a great one to have.
I think that you are very caring. You are able to put your own needs behind the needs of others at the drop of a hat. You are also incredibly creative, look at all the things that you design! you take things that are boring and make them beautiful.
You have a gift of being able to make friends quickly and easily, and you’re genuine with your friendship. That’s a hard thing for lots of people. It’s definitely a blessing and a gift.
P.S. Your blog is so cute! I love it! I’m glad I happened upon it.
1. You make friends easily
2. You keep friends for a long time.
I’ve always appreciated how you welcomed me to Scroll so kindly and helped me learn so much, but it’s extra-cool to me that you still leave comments on my blog. It’s definitely a talent to make sure you remember people!
